You have to concentrate on being strong and getting over the hardest points, otherwise, you might cave in, and regret it. You have to weigh the pros and cons of recovering the contact versus not recovering the contact. Which will be better for you plus your mate in the long run? Just giving into weakness, or becoming strong by yourself again?
